  16. Great news, but you didn't provide some basic information, since we (or at
  17. least I) don't know you from Adam:

  19. Set up a simple bank account fund, with a specific name, which is
  20. restricted to only writing a cashier's check to the USAF.  Provide a name
  21. and address of the bank to which donations can be deposited (or your
  22. addresss or POB), and the name of a manager who will verify the
  23. autheniticy of the withdrawal policy (only a check payable to the USAF
  24. etc- but don't tell them that people might call, this might scare the bank
  25. off from opening the account- they don't want to be hassled).  I have
  26. worked in banks for many years, and this is a simple, doable procedure
  27. (BUT! be sure to be real cordial to the Branch & Operations managers). 
  28. Wear a suit when you come in to introduce yourself, and don't mention UFOs
  29. at all (very conservative group them banker!).  Just tell them this is a
  30. special non-profit research project, which is soliciting donations.  You
  31. will have to file for a DBA (doing business as) AKA fictitious business
  32. name, which takes one quick trip to city hall and does NOT cost a lot of
  33. money to file.
